what is end to end business flow for service contracts?
On a high level 1. First you create a contract with your customer - The contract can be against a warranty, subscription etc 2. You can directly create a contract or it can come from OM. 3. Approve & sign the contract. 4. Against a contract you can create a service request as requested by customer. 5. Complete the service request and charge material, OH, etc 6. Create an invoice 7. Create a receipt and apply to the invoice 8. Once contract period is over, renew or close it
